Job description:

1. Collect and prepare research and information needed for studies.

2. Conduct research experiments and laboratory tests, analyze results and document the findings to report to management.

3. Comply with correct procedures, policies, health and safety regulations.

4. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and all laboratory records

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, or relevant field.

2. Good understanding of laboratory information systems and laboratory equipment in food science.

3. Independent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
