Step 1: complete online application form to research grants council (RGC). Upon submitting online application RGC will send you a KHPFS Reference Number.

Step 2: submit your application with your proposed university.

Eight research degree-awarding universities take part in the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme:
